CUMIN DIGESTIVE TEA (JAN 5-20)

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon whole cumin seeds

12 oz filtered water

Instructions: Add cumin and water to a pot, bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes. Strain and drink warm.

Benefits: A grounding winter tea that warms digestion and dispels cold.
